If you are a VETERAN CLIENT of the Nathan Hale Foundation and would like to receive a THANKSGIVING BASKET (with a turkey of course)
SIGN UP at the PLYMOUTH Outreach Center.
There is a clear and direct need for more quality, nutritious food for this region’s low-income individuals and families.The Nathan Hale Veterans Outreach Centers offers a Wellness Pantry to help these families supplement their weekly groceries.
Veterans clients of Nathan Hale (download our application on our APPLICATION FORMS page) as well as citizens who fill out an application (at the center )are welcome to use our Wellness Pantry during the operation of our centers.
Requirements to visit the pantry are outlined on the application (see below)
PLEASE NOTE:
New Form For Assistance MUST BE COMPLETED BY ALL CLIENTS USING THE FOOD PANTRY.
You will need to fill out the form below and present it to a Nathan Hale Representative with a picture I.D.
You must have a bill with your name on it and a "working phone number" to confirm your residence.
99 % of the food we receive for our Wellness Pantry comes from the Greater Boston Food Bank. The people there are wonderful and friendly. The agencies who donate to the Food Bank are extremely generous and help us provide nutritious, delicious food for our veterans and their families.
